DESTILLATES PRODUCTION

In the nearest future, there is a new BARPOINT project is going to be opened in the heart of Patriarch's Ponds - ZOYA.

Except the special, extra-detailed project design and extravagant content - main feature of the restaurant is set of signature distillates.


- Comme un Dostoievski (Black Bread And Cumin) - Talon (Truffle, Limburger) - La Cerisaie (Cherry, Vanilla, Nuts) - Poincon Hussard (Rum, Pine Apple, Sherry) - Apiculteur (Prunes, Tonka beans, Honey) - Mages (Coffee, Halva)


To live out the idea of unusual bar card, a rotary evaporator was purchased and installed in our laboratory. Now, one of our team members, who specialised on distillates production, is developing new recipes, reflecting Russian history, using local products, and relying on old Cookbooks.
