The spring-summer season is always associated with something light, sweet, with a silky texture, aromas of flowers and seasonal fruits. It was a base of new seasonal drinks, which were introduced by chef barista Alina Baida.
One of the first drink - Rosa-Lyche Latte.
Signature coffee-milk drink with rose jam and lychee puree.
The second drink of the new summer card was Lychee Coconut tea.
Based on buckwheat tea with lychee and coconut puree, lemongrass, which gives a light freshness to the drink.
The third creation - Tea Kiwi Verbena
Honestly, I was inspired by the bartender guest of Liza Chuprova (project manager) and her cocktail based on kiwi and verbena. - Alina Baida
Signature tea drink based on jasmine tea and kiwi puree with the addition of verbena syrup and lime leaves.
In this tea, we use a premix of jasmine tea and kiwi puree, which we clarify. I think that clarification tis not only about bartending. Due to this method, tea does not lose the taste and looks beautiful when served.
