BURO TSUM: New Cocktail Card

Summer is almost here - restaurants are starting to open terraces and BARPOINT team is updating cocktail cards for the upcoming season.

This year BURO TSUM opened one of the most beautiful terraces of Moscow - the concept was built around lavender fields. In honor, Project Manager Elizaveta Chuprova introduced Special Cocktail and an updated seasonal cocktail card.

Lavender Collins

Cactus, Ziziphora, Elderflower Tonic, Lavender Distillate

Balanced, not strong, visually appealing Highball based on Lavender distillate.

Pop Corn Mule

Rum, Popcorn, Ginger

The inspiration for this cocktail was carefree summer evenings with friends, movies and the aroma of the first cigarettes.

Date ticket

Bubble Gum Distillate, Blueberry Soda, Mint Foam

Either cinema tickets or plane, or to an exhibition or even to the moon (Ticket to the moon) - that very memory of a great time.

Portrait Of A Lady

Lemongrass Distillate, Jasmine, Lichee

Dominique Ropion created a perfume by depicting the portrait of a lady. Artists painted pictures, and we created a drink that personifies the same Portrait.

Melon Gimlet

Melon Distillate, Almond, Lime, Absent

Fresh, aftertastes of sweet ripe melon and almond extract, the digestif will be a pleasant end to the evening.
